11.Transylvania, Romania



Have anyone ever heard of Transylvania?. For some people, they might not know about this place but many know the famous Dracula. Yes, the most famous bloodsucking vampire in the history. His story are being made into novels, comics and movies. Well, this is the place where the Dracula was situated.
Transylvania has been not only where Dracula lives, but also associated with many horror and magical genre. Transylvania are situated in the central part of Romania. It was Bounded on the east and south by the Carpathian mountain range, historical Transylvania extended in the west to the Apuseni Mountains; however, the term sometimes encompasses not only Transylvania proper, but also the historical regions of Crişana, Maramureş, and Romanian part of Banat.
Being the historical region in Romania, Transylvania had been dominated by several different peoples and empires throughout the history. From the Roman hold until the domination of the Habsburg empire, and now Romania where they took the region under their rule, Transylvania had experienced many different kinds of rulers. However, the changing of ownership somehow does not give any effect to the classical beauty of Transylvania.
Besides being known for the horror and magical element, Transylvania is also known for the scenic beauty of its Carpathian landscape and its rich history. There are many ancient buildings such as castle and churches that are still being preserved for centuries. Transylvania   also known for its variables of races and culture where there are different kinds of race and people living here.
If you are a fan of horror and magic, you must come to this place. Transylvania not only offers the famous genre but it also offers a classical beauties that are still being preserved for a very long time.
